Liposuction

Pre-surgical treatment
In order to remove the tissue, a direct pre-treatment is required. Regardless of the liposuction device (suctioning pump, vibrating suction, ejectors), liquid is injected on certain regions.
Then, the whole tissue swells; thus fat cells are resolved and sucked via a cannula.
Relevant regions are marked and then disinfected and a liquid including anaesthetic material and vasoconstrictor is injected.
Application
Injected medicine becomes efficient within half an hour and then a cannula is placed on the sub dermal fat tissue through a 5 mm section. The injected medicine remains active for 4 or 5 hours, in the meantime you feel no pain.

LASER liposuction: A small cannula (tube) with an average of around 1-2 mm is inserted under the skin, which has a laser beam in it. The cannula movement back and forth allows the energy of the laser beam to act directly on the fat cell, splitting it up and washing it away. VASER liposuction:
Different cannulas and techniques are used during liposuction. Vaser® liposuction with microcannulas is one of the latest techniques and is particularly popular because of the 1-2 mm thin cannulas that are used during the procedure. These thin cannulas allow the surgeon to target the fat cells even more precisely and effectively. They cause less swelling and bruising and ensure a faster recovery. After Vaser® liposuction with microcannulas, the risk of unevenness forming on the skin is even lower than with other liposuction methods.
After treatment
Afterwards there is practically no symptoms for about 2 days, then it feels like a sore muscle. Compression garments must be worn for approximately 6 weeks. This closes the cavities created by removing the fatty tissue.
At the beginning (2 days) even larger amounts of secretion come out of the punctures, these are the remains of the dilution fluid mixed with a little blood. This is completely normal.

This tightening treatment is even more effective when the proportion of fat cells in the tissue is low. A thicker layer of fat causes greater absorption of energy, which can result in less tightening of the connective tissue fibers. Simply put, light tissue tightens better than heavy tissue.
